My name is Maria Alejandra Fermin (Mariale). I was born in Venezuela on August 1, 2000, and moved to Miami in August 2021. From the very first day here, I realized how essential wellness is and the powerful impact it has on our lives.

At first, I didn’t dive into this world—work and routines pulled me far away from balance and self-care. But in 2023, during one of the hardest seasons of my life, I walked into a yoga and pilates class for the very first time. What I found was transformative.

These practices didn’t just strengthen my body—they helped me heal, release, and reconnect with the power I already carried within.
Alongside my partner, who inspires me every day to be disciplined, consistent, and brave enough to dream big, we decided to bring this vision to life. That dream is Aria—a space created from love, resilience, and the belief that wellness can change lives, inside and out.
At Aria, we are more than a studio. We are a community where movement, healing, and inspiration meet—where you’re invited to breathe, grow, and rediscover your own strength.
